Due: March 25th (ads made by BSCA - $10 fee) or April 1st (camera ready ads) All ads must be in Committee hands at the address below by the deadline.   No late entries—miss it and your luck has run out. General Information: • All full page & cover ads MUST be 7.5” high by 4.5” wide. • Half page ads MUST be 3.75” high by 4.5” wide. • DO NOT send an ad made up on an 8.5” x 11” page - the proportions are not suitable. • High-resolution JPEGs or PDFs will reproduce the best.  • Microsoft Word files may not remain formatted as you would like - convert these to PDFs to be sure they stay the way you want them. • Ads may be color or black & white.
